You can decide to return the purchased product to this store within 14 days from the delivery date. Here are the steps to follow:
- contact customer service at email@example.com
- make sure that the jewels are in the same condition in which you received them, placed in their packaging and complete with all the enclosed materials including the seal with the product code
- put everything in the original box, close the original packaging well if possible, or alternatively get a similar padded envelope.
You can ship your return only from the country where you placed the order.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the refund will not be made. If you wish, the package will be sent back to you after payment of the shipping costs.
Usually we accept the return within 3 working days from the delivery date to our warehouse. At peak times it can take up to 7 working days. After acceptance we will request a refund immediately and send a confirmation email.
PayPal: the refund will be visible on the PayPal account within 24 hours from the confirmation email returned. The time needed to see the sum in your account or credit card then depends on the card issuer.
